Sealing Wax Bricks. This product is synonymous with inviolable closure and exists since time immemorial.
There are two types of sealing:
• Traditional sealing, which is hard, brightly finished and must be split to open the sealed document or bottle.• Synthetic sealing, which is a modern and flexible product with the traditional look.
Traditional Wax Bricks
This brick is a traditional sealing pill. It is a hard and shiny finish material, which has to be split in order to open the sealed document or object. Consequently, the sealing is delicate and breaks if sent by mail.
It has been developed with the traditional formulas of manufacturing of sealing, applying a method of handmade elaboration based on natural raw materials. The final quality of our product allows easy application, with high adhesion to any type of surface.
Therefore, this type is suitable for quality food products of artisanal type, gourmet line, or usual brand image; or for special occasions such as Christmas gifts, limited editions, etc.
In addition, the seal with the brand, logo or identifier of the company is usually applied to customize the product: bottles, containers, cans, wooden boxes and packages, highly demanded in markets such as wines, beers, vinegars, spirits, oils , artisan preserves, nougat, chocolates and sweets.
It is also recommended for stationery applications: it provides an elegant and distinctive touch in participations, wedding invitations, scrolls, gift packages, sealed envelopes for contests, etc.
Synthetic Wax Bricks
This brick is a synthetic sealing tablet. It is a soft and shiny finish material, which has to be cut in order to open the sealed document or object. Therefore the sealing is durable and does not break if it receives any blow during transport.
This type is suitable for encapsulating bottles of wine or beer without opening them to fall into pieces and make the table dirty, while maintaining the appearance of the neck of the traditional sealing bottle. With one of these bricks you can seal the necks of about 75 bottles.
To apply synthetic sealing, it must be melted in a saucepan where the necks of the bottles are submerged. Then, to open the wine or beer bottles, simply uncover with a corkscrew or bottle opener.
Therefore, by sealing the seal with the brand, logo or company identifier you can customize products such as bottles, containers, cans, wooden boxes and packages; highly demanded in markets such as wines, beers, vinegars, spirits, oils, canned artisan, nougat, chocolates or sweets.
How to apply sealing in bricks
Sealing bricks melt in low temperature heated saucepans.
To make medallions on any type of object, a saucepan with a dispenser and power regulator must be used. However, when it comes to traditional sealing bricks, these must first be broken into small pieces and introduced into the saucepan.
